- Organize meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
- Schedule employee appointments, travel, and meetings
- Prepare expense reports and maintain a records system
- Research, review, verify, expand and update client mailing lists
- Support staff with projects and high-volume activities
- Prepare invoices and send them to clients via email or post mail
- Maintain accounts receivable and assist with collections
- Process accounts payable and manage billing
- Maintain client and supplier filing systems
- Process payroll for hourly and salary employees
- Provide full-cycle accounting for vacation relief
- Support staff with month-end and quarterly workloads
